Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 30 days for the 6×3 and 8×3 models, or 45 days for the 12×3 model. With sea freight and road transport, allow approximately 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
What kind of foundation do I need?
A flat, solid surface is sufficient — concrete footings, screw piles or a compacted gravel pad. A full concrete slab is not normally required. We will recommend the right solution for your site.
Do I need a building permit?
Requirements depend on the structure size, intended use and local regulations. We recommend checking with your local planning authority; our team can provide the technical information required for your application.
What is the difference between flat-pack and assembled versions?
The flat-pack version arrives as a prefabricated kit for local assembly. A fully assembled unit requires more transport capacity but can be placed and commissioned much faster on site.
What is included in the price?
Website prices are indicative USD EXW prices. Sea freight, road delivery, customs duties and local taxes are added separately and itemised in your quotation.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in two instalments: a 50% deposit starts production and the remaining 50% is due after completion and quality approval, before dispatch.
Does the off-grid version work in winter?
Yes. The solar system and LiFePO₄ battery storage can be expanded for lower winter output. We will size the system for your climate and expected use.
Can the cabin be relocated?
Yes. The modular cabin can be loaded and transported to another plot. Flat-pack units are especially straightforward to move; assembled units require a crane or flatbed truck.
Can I customise my cabin?
Yes. You can choose the power system, delivery version, finishes and accessories. Non-standard layouts and project requirements can be quoted separately.
